• Upon receiving our brochures, each selling member would show the brochure (s) to family, friends, and well known neighbors, briefly explaining the opportunity to get great quality products at a great price by buying the sets.

• The groups' supporters choose which products they wish to purchase and this purchase would be recorded on the order form.

• Payment in the form of a personal check (ideally) is collected at the same time.

• At the end of the selling period (two/three weeks work best), all order forms are turned in to the fundraising coordinator, along with all $$.

• These order forms are sent to Purely American along with the portion owed for the products + shipping, if sales did not meet the free shipping requirements. The group keeps the remainder of the funds.

• Orders are processed and shipped to the group within 10 working days. We student pre-sort all orders which makes distribution a snap!
