Internet Fund Raising

Here’s how it works.

1) Contact Your Supporters: There are three options here. A) You supply us with the e-mail addresses of your group member’s friends, relatives, and co-workers from anywhere in the 48 states. We e-mail your supporters a letter (approved by your group) that explains who we are and how your group is conducting an Internet fundraiser to raise a certain amount of money for your cause. Or, B) you may want to make contact with your supporters yourself, using the same letter. Or, C) you may decide to use both methods to maximize your exposure and success. In every case, the letter would instruct them to log on to a specific URL at our web site: www.purelyamerican.com.

2) Shopping: Once there, each supporter would be instructed to locate the name of your group. They would then be introduced to our 100 + handcrafted gourmet foods. If you take a moment to take a tour of our site, you will see that we offer several outstanding money saving specials! Historically, 90% of our customers choose one of these specials. They can even choose to send a gift to someone else and your group still benefits!

After making their choices, your supporters would supply us with THEIR shipping addresses and credit card # for payment. We ship the products directly to them. There’s no selling, no collecting $$$, and no distribution headaches for your group!

3) Profits: Your group receives 10% of every sale (shipping costs not included). Historically, the average sale from our web site is $40.00 +. This means that for every supporter you help bring to our site, your group will receive $4.00. The profit from just 500 supporters is $2000, hassle free! A check will be mailed to your group, along with a detailed accounting, within two weeks after your fundraiser ends.

Two additional options: a) conduct a raise-it-online fundraiser all year long, or b) raise funds the rest of the year with our raise-it-online system as a follow-up to one of our other fundraising programs. With these options, profit checks are mailed quarterly.
